Gamer for a Living?

Sounds like a dream doesnt it.
Its not.
You can get paid to be a play tester.
By having people like you and me (I get really bad tension headaches, so i had to stop:( ) testing the game, they find and correct the little things that could make someone return the game, and even start bad mouthing the game.
That might not sound like a big deal, but what if the ones doing the bad mouthing are members of a huge gamer site?
Suddenly dozens, even hundreds of people have been told the game sucks. Those people tell their friends and all of a sudden the company has to recall the game to fix the issue. At a high cost to them.
So when you think about it, paying people like you and me to play games is nothing compared to the cost of recalls and damage to reputation a pourly tested game can have.
